Refund Policy
TIMEFRAME OF REFUND
The refund you are entitled to depends on the service or product you purchased. Physical products can be returned within 10 days of their shipping date. There is no refund on digital products. Refunds for services will be considered on a case-by-case basis. The typical policy for refunds on services excludes any refund. However, we do have a satisfaction guarantee. Therefore, if the service you received does not meet your specifications, we will complete it to your satisfaction within the terms of the service agreement.
AMOUNT OF REFUND
Physical products are fully refunded if returned within the allotted 10 days following the shipping date. Digital products will not be refunded. Services are not typically refunded but will be considered on a case-by-case basis. If a refund is permitted on a service, it will be a partial refund and depend on the amount of work already completed. The amount of a refund on a service will also be considered on a case-by-case basis.
CONDITIONS OF REFUND
If the physical item you wish to receive a refund for is damaged after its arrival, a refund will not be issued. If the items are damaged upon arrival to the client's address, the client must return the damaged items to receive a refund or a replacement. Any replacement items will be shipped to the address on file after the damaged items are received.
